1. Overview

This document serves as the Index for all standardized templates used across the 9 Systems.

  • Usage: Copy the schema/structure below into the specific tool (Word, Excel, Notion, Loop).
  • Maintenance: System 06 (Admin) owns this list.

2. System 01: Management & Leadership

Template: Weekly Leadership Scorecard (L10)

  • Format: Excel / Google Sheets
  • Columns:
    1. Category (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Finance)
    2. Metric Name (e.g., "New Revenue")
    3. Owner (Initials)
    4. Goal (e.g., "$10k")
    5. Date Columns (Week 1, Week 2, Week 3...)
  • Logic: Conditional Formatting.
    • Green = >= Goal
    • Red = < Goal

3. System 02: Marketing

Template: Case Study One-Pager

  • Format: PDF / Web Page
  • Structure:
    1. Headline: (Result-focused, e.g., "How Client X saved $50k")
    2. The Challenge: (3 sentences on the pain point)
    3. The Solution: (What we did - referencing our unique method)
    4. The Results: (3 Bullet points of hard data)
    5. The Quote: (Testimonial)
    6. CTA: ("Book your Audit")

4. System 03: Sales

Template: The "Standard SOW" (Proposal)

  • Format: PandaDoc / Word
  • Sections:
    1. Executive Summary: Re-stating the client's problem (The "Why").
    2. Scope of Work:
      • Phase 1: Discovery (Deliverables list)
      • Phase 2: Build (Deliverables list)
      • Phase 3: Launch (Deliverables list)
    3. Out of Scope: Explicitly stating what we don't do.
    4. Timeline: Estimated weeks.
    5. Investment: Total price + Payment schedule (50/50).
    6. Terms: Link to MSA (Master Services Agreement).
    7. Signature Block.

5. System 04: Fulfillment

Template: Project Charter

  • Format: MS Loop Page / Word
  • Header: Project Name | Client | Start Date | Project Lead
  • 1. Objectives: What does "Done" look like? (Success Metrics).
  • 2. Scope:
    • In-Scope: List of deliverables.
    • Out-Scope: List of exclusions.
  • 3. Stakeholders:
    • Sponsor: (Client Decision Maker)
    • Lead: (Our PM)
  • 4. Milestones:
    • Kickoff (Date) -> Draft Review (Date) -> Go Live (Date).
  • 5. Risks: What could go wrong? (Mitigation plan).

6. System 05: Content Engine

Template: The AKU (Atomic Knowledge Unit)

  • Format: MS Loop Page / Notion
  • Metadata: Title | Tags | Owner | Last Updated
  • Section 1: The TL;DR: 3-sentence summary.
  • Section 2: The Context: When to use this? Why does it matter?
  • Section 3: The Steps: Numbered list (1, 2, 3...) with screenshots.
  • Section 4: The Script: "What to say" (if applicable).
  • Section 5: Troubleshooting: "If X happens, do Y."

7. System 08: People

Template: The Job Scorecard (JD)

  • Format: PDF / Loop
  • Role: Title
  • Reports To: Role
  • Mission: 1 sentence purpose.
  • Outcomes (Key Responsibilities):
      1. Achieve X by Date Y.
      1. Maintain Z metric at >90%.
  • Competencies:
    • List of 5 personality traits / skills required.
  • Tech Stack: List of tools they must know (or learn).
