1. Session Summary (Dec 16, 2025)

Focus: Operational Architecture & Revenue Readiness. Key Achievements:

  • Brand Defined: Created Brand_Identity_and_Voice.md to standardize communications.
  • Tech Stack Selected: Chosen Thinkific (LMS) and Zapier (Automation) to replace "placeholders."
  • Architecture Documented: Updated System 03, 04, 05, 06, and Systems Map to reflect the new stack.
  • Governance Established: Created Contractor_Management.md for safe hiring and Tech_Stack_Provisioning_Guide.md for IT setup.
  • Assets Created: Delivered initial Sales Scripts, Proposal Templates, Course Build SOPs, and Launch Checklists.

2. Immediate Implementation Checklist (The "Do Now" List)

These items require manual execution by the Admin/Founder to unlock the next phase.

A. Thinkific Setup (System 06)

  • Sign Up: Create account at Thinkific.com.
  • Domain: Configure academy.thetechdeputies.com (CNAME record).
  • Branding: Apply colors/fonts from Brand Identity.
  • Payments: Connect Stripe/PayPal in Settings.
  • API: Generate API Key/Secret and save securely.

B. Zapier Setup (System 06)

  • Sign Up: Create account at Zapier.com.
  • Connect: Authenticate Thinkific and HubSpot.
  • Create Zap: HubSpot (Closed Won) -> Thinkific (Enroll User).

3. Short-Term Execution (Next 3-5 Days)

Once the tech stack is live:
