Management System Overview
1. Purpose
This system acts as the "Brain" of the organization. Its purpose is to set direction, align resources, and ensure execution matches strategy. It connects the high-level vision defined in 00 Strategy with the daily operations of the functional areas.
2. Core Principles
- Data-Over-Opinion: Decisions are made based on evidence and metrics from our KPI System, not gut feel.
- Radical Transparency: Goals, progress, and blockers are visible to the relevant teams via MS Loop workspaces.
- Bias for Action: We prioritize rapid iteration over perfect planning (see Decision Making).
- Accountability: Every outcome has a single owner.
3. Tool Stack
- Strategic Documentation: MS Loop. Used for OKRs, Meeting Agendas, and Collaborative Decision Logs.
- Task Execution: MS Planner. Used for tracking initiatives, blocking issues, and weekly sprints.
- Analytics: Excel / PowerBI. Used for visualizing KPIs from Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
4. System Components
This system governs the following sub-processes:
