Weekly & Monthly Operating Rhythm

1. Philosophy

Meetings are expensive. We only hold meetings that have a clear purpose, agenda, and output. We use MS Loop for agendas and MS Planner for action items.

    • Create action items in MS Planner.
  7. Conclude (5m): Rate the meeting (1-10).

B. The Monthly Business Review (MBR)

  1. Financial Deep Dive: System 07 report. Budget vs. Actuals.
  2. Departmental Deep Dive: Rotating focus on one system (e.g., Marketing deep dive one month, Ops the next).
  3. Strategic Initiatives: Review of major projects.

4. Tools & Logistics

  • Agendas: Shared MS Loop component pinned to the meeting invite.
  • Action Items: Captured directly into MS Planner during the meeting.
  • Attendance: Optional attendees marked as "Optional." If you are not adding value or learning, you may leave.
