Sales Scripts & Proposals

1. The Proposal Structure (PandaDoc Template)

We do not write custom proposals from scratch. We use a modular template.

Section 1: The "Situation" (The 'Why')

  • Content: Restate their pain points from the Discovery Call. Use their exact words.
  • Example: "You stated that your current lack of a CRM is causing you to lose ~5 leads per week, estimated at $10k/mo in lost revenue."

Section 2: The "Solution" (The 'What')

  • Content: Clear list of deliverables. Link to System 05 standard definitions.
  • Example:
    • Setup HubSpot Sales Pipeline.
    • Migrate last 12 months of data.
    • Train 3 Sales Reps (Live Zoom).

Section 3: The "Investment" (The 'How Much')

  • Content: Clear pricing table. No hidden fees.
  • Options: Provide 2 options (e.g., "Standard" vs. "Accelerated").

Section 4: Timeline & Next Steps

  • Content: "If signed by Friday, we start Monday."
  • Call to Action: E-Signature block.

2. Objection Handling Scripts

"It's too expensive."

  • Response: "I understand. Let's look at the cost of inaction. You mentioned you're losing $10k/mo right now. This system costs $5k one-time. If it saves just one deal, it pays for itself. Is the cash flow the issue, or the ROI?"

"We're too busy right now."

  • Response: "That's exactly why we need to do this. You're busy because you don't have systems. We can do the heavy lifting. If we wait 3 months, will you be less busy, or just more burnt out?"

"I need to think about it."

  • Response: "Completely fair. What specifically do you need to clarity on? Usually, when people say that, it's either the price or they don't trust the process. Which is it for you?"
