1. Pricing Philosophy

  • Value-Based: We price based on the outcome/ROI, not the hours worked.
  • Productized: Services are scoped like products with clear deliverables. No "open-ended consulting."
  • Upfront: We aim for 100% upfront payment or 50/50 split to maintain cash flow health (per System 07).

2. Core Offers

Offer A: The "Audit & Roadmap" (Entry Level)

  • What: A deep-dive analysis of their current systems + a strategic plan.
  • Deliverable: 2-hour Workshop + PDF Roadmap.
  • Price: $1,500 - $3,000 (One-time).
  • Goal: Paid Discovery. Low risk for client, high trust builder.

Offer B: The "System Build" (Core Implementation)

  • What: Building specific systems (e.g., Sales CRM, Content Engine).
  • Deliverable: Done-For-You Setup + Training + SOPs.
  • Price: $5,000 - $15,000 per System.
  • Timeline: 4-8 Weeks.

Offer C: The "Fractional COO" (Retainer)

  • What: Ongoing management and optimization of the 9 Systems.
  • Deliverable: Weekly Syncs + Quarterly Planning + Crisis Management.
  • Price: $3,000 - $8,000 / month.
  • Commitment: Min 3-month contract.

Offer D: Digital Products (Courses/Templates)

3. Discretionary Discounts

  • Pre-Payment: 10% off for paying 100% upfront on projects >$10k.

4. Invoicing Terms

  • Projects: 50% Deposit to start (Non-refundable). 50% on completion.
  • Retainers: Auto-billed on the 1st of the month via Stripe.
  • Late Fees: 5% penalty after 7 days overdue.
