90-Day Execution Roadmap

Overview

Focus: Implementing Phase 1 (Launch) of the Phased Rollout Plan. Goal: Reach "Operational MVP" status – Systems 01, 03, 05, and 06 functional.


Month 1: Foundation & Infrastructure

Theme: "Setting the Stage"

  • Week 1: Digital HQ Setup (System 06)
    • Provision M365/Google Workspace tenant.
    • Configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
    • Set up password manager (1Password/Bitwarden).
    • Create "folder skeleton" in cloud storage (mirroring this repo).
  • Week 2: Strategic Clarity (System 01)
    • Draft Vision & Mission.
    • Define "Year 1" High-Level Objectives.
    • Set up a weekly "Founder's Review" calendar block.
  • Week 3: The Content Core (System 05)
    • Set up a central "Knowledge Base" tool (Notion/Loop/SharePoint).
    • Draft the "Master Services Agreement" and "Offer Sheet."
  • Week 4: Financial Basics (System 07)
    • Open dedicated business bank account.
    • Set up payment processor (Stripe/Wise).

Month 2: The Revenue Engine

Theme: "Open for Business"

  • Week 5: Sales CRM (System 03)
    • Configure CRM (HubSpot Free/Pipedrive).
    • Define Deal Stages (e.g., New Lead -> Discovery -> Proposal -> Won/Lost).
    • Import existing contacts.
  • Week 6: Basic Marketing (System 02)
    • Launch "Brochureware" website (Landing page + About + Contact).
    • Optimize LinkedIn/Social profiles to point to the website.
  • Week 7: The Sales Playbook
    • Script the "Discovery Call."
    • Create a standard "Proposal Template."
  • Week 8: First Outreach
    • Execute "Warm Outreach" campaign to network.
    • Aim for 5 Discovery Calls booked.

Month 3: Delivery & Refinement

Theme: "Delivering Value"

  • Week 9: Fulfillment Setup (System 04)
    • Create a "New Client Onboarding" checklist.
    • Set up a Project Management board (Trello/Planner/ClickUp) for client work.
  • Week 10: The First Client Cycle
    • Onboard first Beta Client (or simulate the process).
    • Document friction points during delivery.
  • Week 11: Support Loop (System 09)
    • Create a "Support" email alias (support@...).
    • Draft 5 common FAQ responses (Templates).
  • Week 12: Review & Pivot
    • Conduct "Quarterly Business Review" (QBR).
    • Review P&L (Profit & Loss).
    • Plan the next 90-Day Cycle (Moving into Phase 2).
