1. Introduction

  • Mission, Vision, Values: (From System 00).
  • The "Why": Why we exist and how we work.

2. General Code of Conduct

  • Remote Work Policy: "Work from anywhere, but have reliable internet and overlap 4 hours with EST."
  • Communication Etiquette:
    • Slack is for urgency.
    • Loop is for permanence.
    • No internal emails (use Slack/Teams).
  • Professionalism: Treat clients and colleagues with respect. Zero tolerance for harassment.

3. Operational Basics

  • Tools We Use: Overview of the Tech Stack.
  • Security: Password policies, MFA, Phishing awareness (Link to System 06).
  • Expenses: What you can expense and how (Link to System 07).

4. Time & Attendance

  • Working Hours: Core collaboration hours vs. Flex time.
  • PTO Policy: "Unlimited" (with a mandatory minimum of 2 weeks).
  • Holidays: List of observed bank holidays.
  • Sick Leave: Just tell us; no doctor's note needed for < 3 days.
