1. Content Readiness (System 05)

  • Curriculum Finalized: All modules and lessons outlined.
  • Assets Created: Videos, PDFs, Quizzes are ready and "Verified".
  • Upload Complete: All content uploaded to Thinkific.
  • QA Pass: Full walkthrough of the course as a student completed.
  • Certificate: (If applicable) Certificate design uploaded and tested.

2. Platform Configuration (System 06)

  • Product Page: Course title, subtitle, and description (SEO optimized) entered.
  • Card Image: High-quality thumbnail uploaded.
  • Pricing: Price point set in Thinkific (and matches HubSpot).
  • Drip Schedule: (If applicable) Content release schedule configured.
  • Hidden/Private: Ensure course is Hidden if it's for specific clients only, or Visible if public.

3. Automation & Sales (System 03 & 06)

  • Zapier Connected: Zap exists to enroll students upon purchase.
  • HubSpot Product: Product created in HubSpot with matching Price.
  • Test Purchase: Run a real transaction (or 100% off coupon) to verify:
    • HubSpot Deal closes.
    • Zap triggers.
    • Student gets welcome email.
    • Student can log in and see the course.

4. Marketing & Communications (System 02)

  • Welcome Email: "New Student" email template active (via Zapier or Thinkific).
  • Sales Page: Landing page is live (on website or Thinkific).
  • Social: Launch posts scheduled.

5. Go / No-Go Decision

  • Approved by Ops Lead: __________________ (Date)
  • Course Published: Status changed to "Published".
