1. Product Identity (The "Wrapper")

This section defines the course as a sellable SKU in System 03 Sales.

  • Course Title: (Clear & Benefit-Driven, e.g., "The Content Engine Blueprint")
  • SKU: CRS-###
  • The "Transformation" Promise:
    • From: (Current Pain State)
    • To: (Future Success State)
    • In: (Timeframe, e.g., "4 Weeks")
  • Target Audience (ICP): Who is this for? (Be specific).
  • Pricing:
    • Standard: $
    • Early Bird: $
  • Format: (Self-Paced / Cohort / Hybrid)

2. Curriculum Architecture (The "Map")

Based on the Modularization Model.

Module 0: Onboarding (The "Setup")

  • Goal: Get them to the "Starting Line" & reduce refund rate.
  • Lesson 0.1: Welcome & Navigation (Tour the LMS).
  • Lesson 0.2: The Roadmap (Visual overview of the journey).
  • Lesson 0.3: Tool Setup (Required software/accounts).

Module 1 - X: Core Content

Every Lesson in the LMS must contain these 4 elements.

  1. The Video (The "Why" & "How"):
    • Source: Derived from AKU Script.
    • Length: 5-15 mins max.
    • Format: Slide Deck w/ Voiceover OR "Talking Head."
  2. The Action Item (The "Do"):
    • Rule: Passive learning is banned. Every lesson must have a task.
    • Example: "Download the checklist and audit your last 3 emails."
  3. The Resource (The "Tool"):
    • Source: Derived from AKU Visuals or Template.
    • Format: PDF Checklist, Excel Calculator, or Notion Template.
  4. The Text Summary:
    • Source: Derived from AKU Details.
    • Purpose: For skimmers and searchability.

4. Marketing Assets (The "Hook")

Required by System 02 Marketing.

  • Course Thumbnail: (1920x1080)
  • Sales Page Copy:
    • Headline.
    • Problem Agitation.
    • Curriculum Breakdown.
    • Testimonials.
    • FAQ.
  • Lead Magnet: "Free Sample" (usually Module 1, Lesson 1).

5. Fulfillment & Automation (The "Tech")

Executed by System 04 Fulfillment.

  • Welcome Email: "Login details inside."
  • Tagging:
    • Stripe: Product_CourseName
    • HubSpot: List_Student_CourseName
    • LMS: Enrollment_CourseName
  • Completion Certificate: (Yes/No).
